We are unbelievably excited to host a Pollinator Dinner and Cocktail Pairing with Barr Hill by Caledonia Spirits!  Founder of Caledonia Spirits, Todd Hardie will be traveling down from the Northeast Kindom of Vermont to talk about the brand and his passion for bees, organic farming, and great spirits.  Todd in addition to founding Caledonia Spirits has spent much of his life as a bee keeper, and now runs Thornhill Organic Farm in Greensboro Bend, Vermont.  Todd is a mentor of our Beverage Director Patrick Amice, so expect some unbelievable cocktails, along with a pollinator themed menu by Chef Max Hosey and his team.  This has been one of our most asked about events so get your tickets ASAP!
